New insights call for a new edition!

We’ve just released a thoroughly revised and expanded second edition of Still Lost in Panama.

This update includes new findings that shed more light on the mysterious disappearance of Kris and Lisanne in Panama – perhaps bringing us a step closer to solving the puzzle.

The first edition came out on April 1, 2024, after more than a year of in-depth research – including five months on the ground in Panama, dozens of interviews, hikes along the Pianista Trail, and a deep dive into the case files.

But we didn’t stop there. This case still occupies our minds every single day. Not a day goes by without us wondering what really happened to Kris and Lisanne. We constantly question whether we’ve missed something, misinterpreted a detail, or what piece might still be missing.

New experts bring new insights

We also continue to hear from readers around the world – almost daily – sharing their thoughts and theories. Some of them are working just as intensely on this case, each bringing their own expertise to the table. Their input has helped us make real progress.

Two independent tech experts conducted extensive experiments with phones and cameras, helping us better understand how the devices were used. Their findings have cast some details in a new light. It’s just one reason why our investigation remains the most comprehensive ever undertaken in this case.

Still Lost in Panama is an ongoing mission. We’re still working on it. We’re still asking questions, chasing leads, and hoping that someday we’ll find the answers. We’re not giving up.

By the way: If you bought the first edition as a Kindle e-book on Amazon, you can now download the updated version for free – no extra cost.
